It is estimated that today's Latino in the U.S. workplace makes up approximately 14% of our workforce with Caucasians - 68%, African-Americans- 12%, Asian's - 4% and 2% - other. The primary goal of managers and supervisors is to achieve efficient production. It is very easy to say, but very hard to accomplish, especially if the communication between employees and managers is not adequate.
