Does the primary organization have to purchase the videos, or can we just offer them to our members? If each member has to order on their own, each must purchase the videos and licenses individually. It is less expensive for an Association or Insurance Company to make the initial purchase, then obtain licenses for individual organizations.
Can we add more videos after an initial purchase? Yes, but we highly recommend purchasing as many videos as you think you’ll need in the initial purchase. It gets complicated and a bit more expensive when adding additional licenses for additional videos after initial purchase.
Will the videos work on different computers within a member’s location? If a location has only one license, it will only work on one licensed computer. In other words, if the location wanted to change a computer or have another one take its license, that is permissible, but only one computer will play the videos. One license, one computer.
After initial purchase, how difficult is it to add new locations/computers? Very simple to add new licenses. Just purchase additional licenses and we’ll validate the licenses and can be used immediately.

How does an Association make this system into a profit center or gain additional revenue? We sell the videos to an Association and then the Association can decide to pay for each member’s license, or they can make the licenses available for purchase by members. If an Association is paying $20 per license, what member would not want to purchase a large number of videos for $50, $100, $200 or more? The only restriction is the Association may not sell outside of it’s Association.
Why does the computer need to be connected to the Internet? Connection to the Internet is only to verify the license. Once the videos have been downloaded, to play the videos, you need to verify the license.
