This RCRA Manual on "Hazardous Waste Management for Generators" assists facilities in complying with the government RCRA requirements in the management and disposal of hazardous waste. We will also discuss the origin and development of the federal laws regulating hazardous waste and what hazardous waste generators need to do in order to comply with federal law. We will discuss the process for identifying hazardous waste according to government standards, and the process for storing and disposing of these hazardous wastes.
